Alana Fairchild is an established and well-known presence in the world of spiritual guidance. From oracle decks for awakenings to guided meditations for self-healing and books for deeper spiritual experience, Alana offers a breadth of diverse spiritual experiences and products.
Alana’s website dated back to 2009, and her brand lacked consistency and execution. Our job was to reimagine her brand and build a website that captured Alana’s “divine spirit”, while increasing conversion and streamlining the user journey so more people could access enlightenment.
Alana Fairchild’s vast product offering can be overwhelming, with visitors unsure where to begin. Our UX designers mapped out three user journeys based on where the user was in their spirituality journey – Open, Intermediate and Advanced – to guide them towards the course, cards or book best suited to their experience.
