Rhett’s journey to this pivotal role has been shaped by a strong academic foundation and a series of deliberate career choices. He began his professional path with a Bachelor of Commerce, which taught him the value of critical thinking, networking, and relationship-building. He then pursued a Master’s of Marketing with Distinction at Curtin University, where he honed his ability to think strategically and harness data to inform decision-making.
One defining moment in Rhett’s career was choosing between specialising in a specific field, such as SEO, or becoming a generalist with a broader understanding of the digital ecosystem. “I decided to take the generalist route,” he reflects. “I enjoy understanding the bigger picture and bringing together talented specialists to deliver holistic and impactful results for our clients.”
