A new digital home for one of Australia's leading medical research institutes in ear and hearing health.

The Ear Science Institute Australia carries two responsibilities at once. World-leading medical research on one side. Compassionate clinical care on the other. Two expressions of the same purpose: better hearing for more people.

Both sides have lived inside the same organisation for years. Juicebox was engaged to bring them into the same digital experience.

We began with a question, not a brief. Who is this site really for? A researcher tracking the latest findings. A family booking a hearing test. A clinician seeking referral pathways. A donor wanting to understand the impact. Each audience real. Each need different.

The strategy was to balance the driving research focus with clinical care, while making the path to support unmistakably simple.

The structure followed. Research leadership has the room it deserves. Clinical services have the clarity they need. The relationship between the two becomes visible, the reason one feeds the other.

Navigation is intentional, and pathways are short. Finding and booking a clinic takes moments. Accessibility was embedded in every decision and validated throughout.
