WA Parks had a website with a poorly built backend that was not integrating well with multiple third party systems. They told us it was difficult to manage, and users were not receiving the right notifications when donations were made.
We streamlined the backend to provide seamless integration with Salesforce, including accurate payment management and easy content management.
We also gave the site a fresh look and feel, with an emphasis on photography and improved navigation. We embedded the donation and membership forms into the site, rather than linking elsewhere, and overall increased total goal conversions by over 170%.
