With us completing the brand in 2014 the team at The Event Mill came to us seeking a unique digital experience. One part to serve the customer, the other to serve their internal team.
We set out with no clear solution in mind, but rather approached this with their team in a collaborative manner. Rapid prototypes where created and workshopped with the team which lead to several unique features.
From a customer point of view, we identified that people like to browse by event galleries, so to increase conversion to create quotes we linked products shown within the events so users can request the items shown.
We linked the site with their internal warehouse management system. Now when a new product is added to their warehouse, it automatically shows up on the site, greatly reducing admin.
The newly-launched site has seen a 95% increase in engagement since launch, doubling the amount of users and those users spending more time browsing, delivering greater than expected more quotes and sales.
The Event Mill website was rated Best In Show at the 2019 AWIA Web Awards by a panel of 16 national judges.
