Nulsen Group cares for people in a way that instills hope, certainty and trust. It was our objective to deliver a digital experience which embodied the brand as well as ensuring the widest range of users could access the content.
The website was built from the ground up to be an accessible experience. With features such as high contrast mode, text resizing and keyboard enabled navigation it is aimed to be usable for people with visual and cognitive impairments.
In addition to the core accessibility features, we were tasked with providing a clean and simplified sitemap architecture. By consulting with various stakeholders within the business we were able to reduce the page count by 60% and ensure users would find what they wanted quicker.
