Highlighting their new strategic vision, re-engaging its stakeholders with a refreshed brand identity, messaging and a comprehensive website.
The brief was simple; to set a new benchmark for luxury apartment living in Perth. Designed and built by Hillam Architects and EDGE Visionary Living, Lumiere was to be a project like no other. The building was to occupy a perfectly positioned location in South Perth offering generous views of the city with all apartments featuring premium materials throughout.
The name, branding and all collateral we produced were designed to resonate with the buyer and reinforce this luxury and quality. It has been exceptionally well received with 55% of all apartments being sold in its opening weekend.
The Beauty is in the Detail
For the digital collateral, we designed and built a responsive website that gave potential buyers all of the information they needed as quickly as possible. For sales enquiries we integrated the forms directly into the sales agent’s CRM to make management simple.
In order to provide a premium sales experience, we also designed and developed a unique touch screen solution for the sales office. Customers are able to view all floorplans, image galleries, amenities, apartment availability and more on a large touch screen.
