With a newly created business arm, iiNet needed to communicate to the market that it was a capable, confident and efficient provider with a broad range of services.
We identified through strategic discussions that the current offerings were presented and communicated in a cluttered and confusing structure. Through a considered and cleaner design system, customers were able to not only find the plan and device they were looking for, but do so faster and with greater clarity.
Brand-wide adoption
Throughout the project we managed the production of case studies, extensive product brochures and photography.
Our brand recommendations have since been integrated into other aspects of iiNet’s visual communication, including the consumer assets.
