Edenlife is a growing lifestyle community; the most recent property venture from the family-owned Lester Group. The team came to us to develop a brand world for their affordable land lease offer, a place ideal for people over 50 who are looking to downsize.

Juicebox ran a strategy session to determine the brand’s core identity and audience needs, informing a tone of voice that would stand out as authentic for Edenlife’s desired demographic. Steering clear of the trope of silver-haired couples in white pants, we created a playful graphic style for use on the web and an animated TVC.

With the clubhouse officially opened in early November by Tim Gossage and WA Minister for Seniors and Aging Hon. Mick Murray, the new look Edenlife is attracting its fair share of attention.
