It took a village to raise this brand. That’s exactly what being part of the #beskcommunity is all about.
Collaborating closely with our new neighbours in the lead-up to their highly anticipated opening, our role was to develop a brand identity and style guide that accurately represented the aesthetic and attitudes of Besk.
Visually it needed to integrate effortlessly with the architecture and interiors, while also being Instagram-friendly and confident in its online application.
We’re proud to raise a glass to everyone who contributed to this project, from the early concept designs developed years in advance by Tim Waters, to the hand-sketched wordmark by local artist Kyle Hughes-Odgers, and the stylised venue and neighbourhood photography captured by Ryan Murphy.
The result is a typographic-driven identity that incorporates simple abstract shapes and follows a strict monochromatic colour scheme, now applied unapologetically across signage, menus, coasters, glassware, beer growlers and tote bags.
