Here at Juicebox we don’t do average. We thrive on a culture built on collaboration and innovation to deliver advanced digital outcomes. We are a creative digital agency that likes to break boundaries to make the objectives of our growing client base a reality.
We offer a fun, collaborative team environment where quality is valued over quantity. We are a social office, with company cook-offs and plenty of events in the calendar. A competitive salary package is on offer as well as dedicated time for professional development. Our offices are located right next to the West Leederville train station, with great cafes and even a brewery around the corner.
Whilst we’ve recently won Digital Agency of the Year from Campaign Brief WA, we believe we have a long way to go and are always looking to improve.
What you’ll do.
Be responsible for our digital design output.
You’ll be able to confidently adapt to user requirements with different design styles. You will helm the digital design within the business, working with our Experience Design Lead and development team to produce all visual design for our projects. Your opinion is crucial, and you’ll have strong opportunity to direct the end result.
You’ll have a strong passion for digital design across various device types and outputs; whether it be a website, web application or a design that requires infographics or illustration.
Support our Experience Design Lead
Our Experience Design Lead works with our clients to define user personas, journeys, user experience requirements, information architecture and visual direction. You will be collaborating by generating ideas for the structure and functionality of our website, creating prototypes based on our UX work and validating assumptions through user testing.
Collaborate with our creative & development teams
You’ll be proactive in collaborating with the various teams for the work you do. Where required, you’ll pull in our creative team to assist in driving unique solutions to your work. You also understand that in order to get the best results, working with the development team throughout the entire project process is a must. You’ll bounce ideas off them to understand their viability and give them the opportunity to have buy in with their own ideas.
You’ll have worked in the industry for a minimum of five years, having worked either within agencies or amongst a team within an organisation.
Over the years you’ve become more confident in working autonomously, not having to rely on being told what to do, but rather being able to deliver an objective based on a timeframe.
You’ve inspired those around you and implemented new initiatives which have improved output and efficiency of the organisations you’ve worked within.
You know the difference between a design system and a styleguide and have no problem designing objectively based on data and experimentation.
