By checking this box, I acknowledge that I with to have cPanel server access, and elevated administrator access for full control to edit files and manage my website plugins. With these increased privileges, it's important to consider the following::

1) We can no longer guarantee that the site will remain synchronised between Juicebox development, staging and production environments. If future changes require our development services, there will be a charge to align the site with our development and testing environments for each request.

2) We can no longer assure the security and optimal performance of the site. While we meticulously check the security of plugins we install, we cannot vouch for the security and performance of plugins installed by third parties.

3) We cannot accept responsibility for any bugs or support issues that may arise as a result of a third party having access to the site's cPanel server control panel, database, or site files. All support will be billed at our hourly rate of $180 per hour plus GST.

I hereby advice of the intent to cancel my hosting services with Juicebox in the next 30 days (optional)

By checking this box, I acknowledge that I wish to proceed with the hosting cancellation process.
I understand that my hosting services, including DNS hosting, but excluding domain registration, will be terminated 30 days from today’s date.

I also understand that any data or content associated with my hosting account will be permanently deleted or inaccessible after this period. I am aware that this action is irreversible, and I am responsible for any outstanding payments or commitments.

This process will be initiated by Juicebox on receipt of this request. I acknowledge that in order to facilitate a smooth transfer and minimise downtime, I will be required to:

- Transfer website files, databases, emails, DNS zone records, and assets stored on AWS S3 (if applicable) to the new hosting provider.

- If my website includes a Google Map, I will be required to setup Google Maps API key and update the website files with the new key.

- If my website sends emails, I will be required to update my email sending provider.

- If my website includes paid plugins, I will be responsible for purchasing licenses to keep the plugins up to date.
